My name is Carmen M. Schnider-Kemp. I have been facilitating transformational - , team building - and leadership workshops, have followed steps to enlightenment of every self-help book I could find for the last 13 years and listened to every motivational guru under the sun… yet, being under siege by a gang of armed robbers targeting my family, residence and the suburb I live in, my suitcase full of spiritual theories seemed to fail the first serious practical test.
After finding the traces of the second attempted burglary within the week, fear, anger, blame and rage made my energy level plummet to the bottom of the human map of consciousness. The most devious plans of how to stop this ongoing siege our suburb was under entered my mind, fuelled by the neighbors and husband who were all desperately looking for solutions how to bring this to an end.

Sure, but am I supposed to invite armed burglars with open arms, make the coffee pot ready and put cake out?
Then the penny dropped and I realized personal safety does not depend on the latest Alarm system, higher walls nor an Armed response contract.
What now? How do we deal with those circumstances?
When consciousness moves away from violence and finds spiritual solutions for everyday living, our vibrations increase. When the vibrational energy increases, threats from the lower vibrational ladder can no longer permeate our energy fields.
This is where spiritual self defense comes in. There are processes that can be taught to you to keep yourself and your loved ones safe. These processes are especially great for parents, as they can protect their children even when they ar not close. This is not some new age voodoo. On the contrary. Energy force fields can be measured and how to set them and send them across the ether can be learned. Dr. Hawkins has written a brilliant book called 'Power versus force', in which he calibrated human consciousness on a scale from 0 – 1000. He has established and proven that no matter with whom and where he made the measuring, human consciousness can be mapped.
What specifically does this mean for us and how can we use this book knowledge in every day family life to keep our loved ones and ourselves safe?
Increase awareness of human emotions is a start. To be able to create a safe zone, abundance in health, wealth and love
you need to be able to align with the universal field of intention which calibrates at a level of 310.
Fear and anxiety calibrate at a lowly 100 and blame, guilt, shame, grief are all 30 and below. Anger and hate, a prevalent action when any harm threatens ourselves or our children, calibrates at a low 150. Sending it out will cause more of the same to come back to you.
That means to combat crime, keep our families safe and create an abundance of safety, health etc. we need to undergo a paradigm shift in our mindset.

Yet mostly, the police have got no chance of knowing where and how criminals strike next and are left to clean up the mess.
Even when looking at natural disasters, aeroplane crashes and accidents, there are always some people for some unexplained reason not only survive those incidents, but often without more than a scratch.
In my spiritual self defense workshops, we are going to look at how to influence the energy patterns around us, in order to be "on the lucky" side in every scenario.
We can empower ourselves by taking individual responsibility for the wellbeing of our families. What are we tackling during the workshop:
Angelpower I - The abc of Spiritual Self defense
Firstly, we train you in how to manage your energies; I call it the spiritual abc of self-defense! How to protect yourself, your energy fields and especially also introduce you to grounding and safety processes that you can use to stay in control while you sleep. Yes, you heard right! While you sleep, you often become a prime target for entities and forces to disturb and distract you, to beam negativity into your energy fields and mess about with your consciousness. The morning after usually feels like you have been driven over by a bus!
